Jindal gets roasted

I think the 2009 thing to say about this is, "Oh, snap!" I mean, David Brooks just annihilates Jindal here, something somewhat out of the norm for Brooks (of course, my experience watching Brooks is limited to his commentary after each presidential debate, but I haven't read anything in his columns that would lead me to believe that he could destroy a man like this). Oh, and I think I'm on the side that thinks the Republicans got too "weird." And knowing how weird the Party is right now (see also Michael Steele having to apologize to Limbaugh for calling him an "entertainer"), having a thoughtful moderate conservative rip you a new one should propel Jindal to new heights of popularity, guaranteeing a hideous Palin/Jindal death match primary in 2012 to see who's more out of touch.
